It’s not easy for anyone to decipher between the myths and truths of food.  So much conflicting information exists regarding health and nutrition. It's hard to understand what is good for us. Many adults have found themselves in complete turmoil over what to eat on a daily basis.  Being a teenager and trying to figure it out can be almost impossible!  ALMOST impossible. That is why the
Best Teen Diets project was brought to life.

The Best Teen Diets project is NOT a weight loss program; it is intended to underscore the importance of balanced diets for better health.  Best Teen Diets was designed to be a positive program involving food, which could be an influence, a motivating factor and a general resource for young girls as well as their parents.  WWW.BESTTEENDIETS.ORG was established as a central location for the Best Teen Diets project.  This site provides healthy tips, over 100 nutritious recipes, knowledge and motivation regarding health/diet as a teenager. In addition, the site offers the latest information on Best Teen Diets activities and events, such as the first Best Teen Diets contest.
The goal of Best Teen Diets is to help young teens find ways to establish and maintain a healthy self-image and general lifestyle.
