Broccoli and Dip *
Serves 1
3/4 cup of cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 bunch of broccoli
Mix cottage cheese, yogurt and parsley together and then refrigerate.
Cut broccoli into bite-size florets.
Serve the broccoli with the dip for a fun snack.
Note: Can substitute other vegetables in season.
